Garmin’s smart GPS navigation has joined forces with Ordnance Survey mapping to create Garmin GB Discoverer – an innovative range of topographic maps.

Garmin GB Discoverer allows users with compatible Garmin handhelds as well as the nüvi 550 sat-nav to experience detailed raster mapping with the intelligence of vector cartography.
Essentially this means you get all the benefits of the traditional Ordnance Survey paper maps, with the added bonus of intelligent routing and interactive points of interest included in the premium street mapping by NAVTEQ.  

Turn-by-turn navigation anywhere in Great Britain is made possible with these integrated street maps, included on all Garmin GB Discoverer products.

Search, select and navigate to street addresses and attractions, follow routes on foot, in car or by bike using the familiar Ordnance Survey backdrop.

These revolutionary new maps bring outdoor enthusiasts the opportunity to view a wider variety of highly detailed mapping.

The topographic data aids navigation, enabling you to explore the trails with information including rights of way, fences, permitted paths, contours and bridleways.
